  My Aunt was here and as a RN i can say its clean, doesnt smell, and the staff is cheerful. It is very warm and homey. Better than most.!

  I have worked here for 3 1/2 years and I love it! I plan on retiring from Hammond Whiting Care Center. It's a workplace where not only are my co-workers family, but so are the residents and their families.

  The facility is clean, the nurses, and therapists are wonderful! They really care about the residents. I had visited similar facilities before needing short term, inpatient care, and I am very impressed as to how friendly all of the staff is, and everyone goes out of their way to interact, and get to know every resident. It is refreshing to know that the residents are not just another number. Another positive atribute about Hammond Whiting Care Center is their open door policy.
  Residents are encouraged to discuss any questions, issues, or concerns, and the staff makes every effort to answer, and/or, resolve whatever maybe addressed.
