“I would like to share my great experience I had at this location. I've been needing glasses since my exam 5 months ago and decided to get it done today . These days people never hesitate to complain but sometimes don't take time to say thanks. My two ladies that day Susan and Kim were great . I felt bad that I was there at lunch time and being in retail I understand how things go because we have to take care of our customers and represent the company we work for. To the management of Four Eyes you have got two outstanding employees and I wanted to take time to acknowledge them. By the time my shopping and fitting was done they made me feel like part of the family. I purchased glasses and sunglasses and tried to buy them lunch but I understand the Dr. already took take of that. I promised them I will bring lunch for both, not for any other reason except they both gave me outstanding customer service, and made me feel good. Sometimes it takes days, weeks, and years to earn a customer ... but only a second to lose one forever.
