I have never been treated so well going to a dentist. Everyone is so up lifting and nice. Doc is really friendly and just a good soul. Anyone looking for a change should really give them a try. Really glad i did. I promise you that you will not be sorry. Just all around good people. The best i have ever seen And i hate going to the dentist. I have to honestly say i do not dread it anymore. Doc and his staff have me covered.

Best dentist visit I’ve ever had! They were super friendly and treated me with care. I felt they value human connection more than your pocket book. I am looking forward to my next visit to the dentist which is a phrase I thought I would never say!

I had not been to the dentist in awhile so I had a lot of anxiety and very nervous. From the moment I walked in everyone from the front desk, hygienists, techs, and Dr Sim were all extremely welcoming and friendly. They answered all of my concerns and reassured me that I was in the right place. I enjoyed hearing all about my hygienist’s adventures w/her husband and about her yorkie. She made me feel so comfortable as she was cleaning my teeth. My husband has nothing but great things to say as well. I know I made the right choice for my family w/this dental office. Smiles on Randolph is definitely a one of a kind!

I had my teeth cleaned by Mandy the hygienist. As always she did an excellent job. If you're ever in need of a great dentist Smiles on Randolph, and their other location does a phenomenal job. And Dr. Sims and his staff are very professional and very personable people, They're like family I love them and wouldn't trade them in for the world! Go check them out!

I’ve been going to Dr. Sim for over 10 years now, and this was my first appointment at their new facility. I have loved seeing their practice grow, and their efficiency is always top notch. This facility is beautiful, and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel like my dental health is always a priority, and Dr. Sim never pushes unnecessary dental work. One time I ever cracked my tooth in half. Instead of suggesting I get a cap, he was able to create a filling to replace my missing tooth. I trust any of his recommendations without a doubt.
