The story, last night it appeared something catastrophic had occurred with my RAV4. It was dark and I couldn’t tell what it was, but I recently had Oil N’ Go in Crown Point do a oil change, and a transmission service on my car. The tech kept telling me how much trouble he was having with the transmission pan and when I saw all the fluid on the ground last night I was certain that Oil N’ Go made a huge mistake. Thinking about how much a repair to the transmission would be it really kept me up last night. I went in first thing this morning and they were willing to help in any and every way, no arguing, I was very surprised by this.
I got home and realized it was motor oil for sure, found it was leaking from my Oil Pressure sensor, and apparently that is known to leak a TON when they go bad. I called them, made sure they were aware that it was in fact not their fault, told them I would fix it, or go to a mechanic. THEY SENT A MECHANIC TO MY HOUSE! For FREE! And didn’t charge me for a thing! This wasn’t their fault at all, however they felt they should fix it. But they really had no reason to. I am beyond floored by the way they handled this and I went from possibly never using them again, to using them forever.

(June 21, 2018, 9:23 am)They picked up my car from my work and brought it back to me before I clocked out. They washed and vacuumed and did a mini detailing with my oil change. Very pleasant staff and it was only about $70. Definitely recommend.
