  I made the right choice when going with Amada Senior Care of Crown Point. The staff at there truly takes the time to ensure a level of care and comfort at a time when it matters most. The amount of care and effort the Amada team exerted in assisting is incredible. Whether it be 9pm on a Saturday night, or needing a Caregiver to come meet me or my family immediately, no questions are ever asked - instead, it's pure dedication to the service they provide and the people they could help. About a year ago they helped my husband after his knee surgery and now they are helping me! When they worked with him they sat with him all day and night to make sure he was well cared for after his surgery. Now they are working with me a couple hours a day every day. I loves these caregivers. LOVE them! They are the sweetest girls. Both are very caring and professional.
  
  It's actually a pleasure welcoming Amada Senior Care into your home and life because they effortlessly deliver competent and compassionate care... I was nervous at first, but once I saw how they treated my husband I knew if I ever needed that type of care they would be my first choice to call. I felt confident about their care and professionalism, and therefore, I felt relieved when when i knew i would be in their hands! I'm sure it will do the same for YOU! It is refreshing to be impressed by a company that you work with as opposed to just satisfied. I highly recommend Amada Senior Care in Crown Point not only for the outstanding, punctual service that is provided, but also for their focus on the community they serve, whether it be through providing assistance at local senior centers or in the comfort of your home.

  I called Amada Senior Care about 3 months ago. I needed someone to stay home with my Husband so that I could get out of the house and feel comfortable that he was safe while I was gone. From the beginning I had a positive feeling about the caregivers and the office staff. The two men that met with us to setup home care services were very professional, yet relaxed enough that I didn't feel pressure to sign the service agreement the day we met. Greg( The Owner) followed up with me to see if I had any questions, and again didn't seem to pressure me to sign.
  
  When we finally made a decision and I called the office He seemed genuinely happy to hear from me. They sent a wonderful caregiver to care for my husband. She has been with my husband for several months now, 4-5 days a week. She is kind, caring, funny, and most importantly - seems to really enjoy spending time with him. He looks forward to their time each week. I am glad I called Amada. We couldn't be happier.

  I am a community social worker that frequently receives requests for information regarding caregiver companies. Until Amada opened I was having a hard time getting companies that could meet families' needs in a timely manner and provide consistent staffing as promised. Greg and Rob have definitely filled a community need. I told them I need my families cared for well and I need quick staffing, consistency and timely responses. I told them I follow up with my families and if I hear goos things they will remain on my list. I have had a consistently positive response from Amada. The fastest staffing was a 10 am request they staffed by 3 pm the same day. I have gotten only praises and never a complaint from multiple fsmilies who chose them from the caregiver list. They are my go to when an urgent need arises because their responsiveness has been superior to any company I have found in my multi-county service area. Quality of care received was also considered excellent by pt families. This review includes information gathered with 5-10 families who were under duress at the time and likely did not have time to leave a review.
