(November 3, 2018, 9:16 pm)Northwest Indiana’s best Chinese food. NWI isn’t exactly known for its delicious Chinese food, most places are just enough to satisfy your saucy Chinese food craving. Uncle Chen’s is unlike the rest. The food there is consistently delicious every. single. time. The boy & girl who answer the phone and work at the counter are so nice & friendly. We drive 25 minutes one way just to get General Chen’s and it’s worth it. Our favorites are the General Tsao’s chicken & the Wonton soup, but everything we have tried has been very good.

It was quite a complete meal, well prepared and tasty.
Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I've patronized.
