Very positive experience. My boyfriend and I attended a "clear the shelter event" and found our cat. The staff were very nice and awsnered all of our questions. We had a certain amount of days to take our cat to the vet for a general wellness check. Shortly after bringing her home she started to develop an upper respiratory infection which the vet said was common in shelter pets. The vet contacted the shelter to see if they would cover some of the cost associated with the medication and they declined. That is the only thing that really irked me. Great shelter but be prepared to deal with any diseases that spread like wildfire in shelter environments.
