My mother had a abcess with necrotizing fasciitis he did the debridement (Sept) it left a large wound around the rectal area it has almost healed completely despite all her ailments. Very honest and encourging doc.

Dr Patterson is an amazing surgeon. I had to have my gallbladder removed after I had my baby (it's apparently pretty common after pregnancy). I met with him and I was really surprised that he offered me other solutions to avoid getting the surgery right away (he is a surgeon after all). We worked on it for a few months but ultimately I knew that I had to have the gallbladder taken out. My surgery was a unique situation that if he had not taken the extra time during it, I would have probably had life long problems. So thankful for Dr Patterson. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Patterson saved my life! Amazing surgeon, didn't feel a thing! Dr. Patterson did an appendectomy on me and even came in late in the evening to make sure I made it. After two weeks I am almost totally normal, and you can barely even see the scar where he took it out. He explained everything to me, went over all the risks, and helped me make an informed decision. 10/10, would let him operate again.
