(December 29, 2018, 11:27 am)My experience at this Lowe's wasn't exactly mine but more my best friends. Upon receiving a call for help to load a grill into his car, I went to the store to help him out. The aforementioned grill was ready to pickup almost instantly and the customer service representative was very diligent in her job. The store allowed us to attempt to fit the grill in the vehicle before we signed paperwork in case we could not fit it in. Here's where they lost a star though. While attempting to fit the grill in the vehicle, we realized with all of the parts attached, we wouldn't be able to fit it in the car; so we asked for a screwdriver to take it apart and fit it that way. We waited for seemingly twenty minutes for the gentleman assisting us to finally find a toolset. It took twenty minutes to find a screwdriver in a hardware store. That's slightly absurd, in a workplace like that, the employees should carry at least a few basic tools in case of a situation like such. Overall, a decent experience and I would go back.
