Caliber Collision

I have a usual place I take my car for body repair, my insurance wanted me to go to Caliber to get the estimate and then I could go elsewhere. The staff were so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. I chose to have my car repaired with them and I’m very pleased with the process, communication and quality. Will consider using them again. However, I hope I don’t require body work again. 😁

Great experience working with Caliber Collision in Merrillville. Aaron was professional and very knowledgeable. He was thorough about my repairs from start to finish. Making it easier for me on the insurance end. Veronica was helpful and pleasant throughout the process by keeping me in the loop. I was beyond ecstatic when my car was finished before the expected date. My car looked amazing, like brand new! Very satisfied!! I also appreciated the cleanliness of my car upon pick up. I would highly recommend this shop.
