Everyone on staff that I had contact with were great. We received an install date, when that day came Outdoor Specialist arrived with a group of high school kids and they busted that pool out in a matter of hours. The staff was respectful, polite and cleaned up all the garbage to one central location. One thing people seem to forget is this a construction project, there will be dirt and garbage if you don't want to pay extra then you must clean it up yourself. Great job to all who installed my pool.
Outdoor Specialists have been great! They return phone calls, are there when they say they will be there and are straight up and honest with you about the work to be done. Workers are courteous and know what they are doing. The owner checked the job site before work began to make sure everything was good. They even followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. Very happy with their work.
They did a great job. Very helpful and explained everything very well! Left dirt to put next to the pool.
