(September 13, 2018, 10:09 am)Ben and Ramon were GREAT! They did a beautiful job and our old berber carpet looks BRAND NEW! They asked my wife if we wanted 2 chairs cleaned that were in the room. We hardly use the chairs and they LOOKED clean. At first we said no. Then they demonstrated what was trapped in the chair fibers. It looked like THICK DUST! We then had the chairs cleaned too! Now the chairs also look brand new. When they were almost done, they asked us to inspect their work. We found a couple of spots which just needed additional cleaning, and they came right out. They were very pleasant and professional. Any questions we asked were answered to our satisfaction! I would use them again!

The same rugs have been cleaned by another cleaner in the past. They look the best THIS time after Stanley Steemer! Ramon & Christian really know their stuff & take pride in the job that they do, and I believe they truly want you to make the best decisions because it will help you in the future as well. I had a very stained living room carpet that I had just assumed I would have deodorized as I have older pets and cleaned a bit for a temporary fix before I tore it out. I was amazed at how much work was put into restoring my carpet. Dan and his partner really took pride and did everything they could to bring it back to life. The price was very reasonable as well. I'll definitely be using them on another room I need cleaned. Fine Job!
