“The staff is and always has been very friendly and welcoming. We don't buy jewelry anywhere else! The esp protection covers resizing, rhodium dipping, repair, and replaces any diamonds that may have fallen out or lost due to damage of prongs, etc. You just have to get them inspected every 6 months. Plus, they clean them whenever you want to drop in! The quality of my diamonds (Leo diamonds) are exceptional! I always get compliments on them! I was just in today and Merquise helped me pick what kind of laptop to get while Liz made an adjustment to my necklace on the spot. She also gave my patiently waiting 5 year old some candy! (after asking my approval of course!) All the while another associate was inspecting my jewelry! Again, very helpful and friendly! They really do work as a team!”

“Shopping for floors can definitely seem very overwhelming. However, I made a great choice by going into FCA store in Merrillville and got some really great help from Tiana, and I'm sure that I have misspelled her name. She was able to ask a few key questions with regards to what kind of flooring I was looking for which I wanted whole house, I wanted it to be water proof as I was going to be using it in my kitchen and then she made a few recommendations based upon that information. Ultimately, I went with some really nice vinyl flooring that was originally $3.97 a square foot but was on a closeout sale for a 1.97 square foot. Got an appointment for measuring the same day, placed my order and now it's ready for pickup. I really appreciate the great help I received. Highly recommend FCA!!”

They are so helpful, if we needed anything they got it, need something ordered they can handle it, they were good. They as have some equipment that nurses use in their plus student's needing items for school or internship programs they have it or can tell you were to go get it from.
