  I've never encountered any issues at this Care Center. Always treated with professionalism. The MDs are patient and understanding and I'm never rushed during exams: and they follow up with calls to check on how I'm feeling and if the meds are working. They conclude the call to let me know to contact them if I need anything else or if meds aren't helping.

  Yesterday was my first experience at Midwest Express Clinic and it was a great one. First, they accept my insurance and most places don't .Then, the staff made sure my 4 children and I felt welcomed which was greatly appreciated. I mean from the receptionist up to the doctor. Even the lady cleaning the bathroom in the hallway gave good vibes which is important.I love a great positive atmosphere! Lastly, I was satisfied with the outcome and of my son's result and how it's being handled .I believe that this single, working mom of 5 children has found a new go to urgent care facility!!!

  The staff was very nice and honest. They weren't uptight like most and funny which made it easier to get stitches and them removed. I can't remember all the staff names but the nurse Danielle and Dr. Anderson were great! Thank you all again ????

  great people and atmosphere. quick service. and i felt like they cared about how i was feeling. would definitely go again
