1st Law Fitness is where you want to be! They not only build a work plan perfectly to your lifestyle, but they also treat you like family. Billy and Patrick make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. They help you achieve your personal goals and build some you never thought you could accomplish. I would highly recommend to anyone. Even if you're a beginner or have worked out before.
I can't recommend 1st law fitness enough. After not having done a true workout routine since high school volleyball they got me back on a customized program to work with my current goals. Billy and Patrick adjust your workouts as they see fit and truly guide you through the entire workout to perfect your form and ensure you get the best workout the entire time you're there. I haven't felt as strong as I do in years and that is purely from them keeping me motivated, keeping the exercises interesting, and pushing me further than I would have pushed myself. Keep up the great work guys!!
1st Law Fitness is exactly what I need to help me achieve my goals. Billy and Patrick take the time to get to know you and listen to you and design your workouts. They work with you one on one and give you that extra push when you feel like you have nothing else to give. It's not like a normal gym as their time and attention to their members is unlike any place I have ever been too. They even go the extra mile and review your food diary with you to help you eat better to achieve your goals. Hands down best gym I've ever been too.
1st Law Fitness is great! I love that my workouts are custom made and planned for me before I even walk in the door. Billy and Patrick are so knowledgeable, and the 1-on-1 training sessions are great so that I feel confident that I am doing everything correctly. They tailor workout plans to my needs and goals and are great at modifying things when I need it. Even better, I feel that they know my limits better than I do. They know when to push me (and are always right!) and when I should slow down. You can really tell how much Billy and Patrick care about what they do - they're so encouraging, and they get just as excited when I reach my goals as I do! I HIGHLY recommend 1st Law Fitness!!!
Patrick and Billy are extremely knowledgeable trainers who listen you and help you achieve your goals - whether it be just getting back in the gym or working towards that next jump in weight! They keep you motivated the entire way! The individualized plans really make great workouts, focusing on things you discussed during consultation. They gym also has a great atmosphere and they make the workouts fun!
