I've never had a Family Physician and Nurse Practitioner that I've felt so safe to be open with, that genuinely listens to and communicates with you. Yes, you do have a wait time, so plan appropriately for it, but it's worth the wait. I know they're providing the same level of care to me with everyone there and that's what takes time...I'll take a wait for a great Doc that I trust, over a fast food type Doc trying to get through their appts as fast as they can, anyday!!!

Dr Shah is such a great caring and compassionate doctor. Yes, you do wait at times, but to me it’s worth it. When I’m with the doctor he listens & takes his time, to me that is everything. Who wants a doctor that comes in 2 seconds and leaves… So my guess would be that the wait times are because he is doing that with everyone. How could you not appreciate that.

It may have been a little of a wait in the office, but well worth it. Dr seems caring, sits and listens. He seems to care about issues. Highly recommended.

I did wait about an hour and a half in the waiting room, and another 15-20 min in the exam room, but I really appreciate Dr. Shah apologizing for the long wait as soon as he walked into the room. I didn't have to mention it. So he was aware of it and valued my time, and didn't try to act like everything was perfect. I appreciate him being straight up and apologizing for the long wait, and there was little he can do as he explained. All it takes is a couple longer visits/issues and then everyone gets bumbed back, and he doesn't want to shorten or rush anyone's visit which I also appreciate. So I give 5 stars for the professionalism, and his politeness and his easy to understand recommendations and explanations and patience to hear all of my concerns. I do hope they can find a way to keep wait times lower. The staff was polite as well.
