On Friday, August 12, 2022, I was experiencing shortness of breath. I had my wife drive me to the Franciscan Hospital in Munster. After many tests, Dr. Nicholas (who came into the hospital from an already planned family function) determined that I needed an IMMEDIATE pulmonary procedure to remove massive blood clots from my lungs. Actually, Dr. Nicholas was stunned that I was even alive! Dr. Nicholas and his crew of four worked meticulously and VERY professionally to remove the clots and literally saved my life, for which I am grateful. I am thankful for folks who take their jobs seriously for the health and benefit of others. I, my wife, my children, my grandchildren, and my students are VERY appreciative of Dr. Nicholas and his workers. I will be praying for all of you every day until the day I actually do go to Heaven. Thank you!
