  It has been a pleasure working with James over the past couple of years. I found James while shopping for refinance opportunities online. He responded to me immediately and never pressured or hounded me. I eventually chose him to refinance a rental property. He made the process as effortless as possible and gave me great rate. Although we are halfway across the country from each-other, this never was an issue. James responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner and was extremely knowledgeable. I am an engineer with a demanding job, and I actually prefer e-mail and texts (although we did have a couple of phone conversations when time permitted). James was there whenever I needed him. My husband and I relocated from North Carolina to Florida a little over a year ago and needed to purchase a primary residence. I did not hesitate and contacted James immediately when we found a suitable house to make an offer on. He gave us a great rate and even better service.   I know many people skip past the complete 5 star rating because it sounds disingenuous; however, working with James was one of the best experiences I ever had. I was working with a major bank, and my deadline to secure the loan was in question. James was recommended to me by another happy client, and from the first minute, he was great to work with. He was a bulldog on necessary issues, and even worked on issues that weren't required of him. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect, and he worked to make sure we got our best interest. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone.
