  Friendly staff and beautiful location. Only issue was I kept hearing a tapping noise or water dripping in my tank. Super killed my vibe but I let them know about it and hope they fixed it.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Experience was worth every penny and blew my expectations away. You start out by being greeted by their friendly staff. Take a great shower, the floating experience is awesome, and to finish it off they have everything to get ready after. The details count here. The rooms are great from the rain fall shower heads to the cool brick like tile. The you get ready with awesome products for your hair and a Dyson blow dryer. All I can say is treat yourself to this.

  I was excited to try this, although I was not sure what to expect. I think I thought it was going to feel like bliss, which it did for at least the first half hour, until some nausea kicked in. I don't think it's their fault at all- hence the five star rating. I did ask afterward and was told that everyone reacts differently and it is not unheard of that someone might feel nauseous. It didn't upset me to have that reaction it just surprised me. I feel like it's a bit of detox. Other thoughts: The website is very efficient at explaining what the experience will be like and getting someone prepared. It's great to see what times are available and I booked my appointment online. It was easy to find the place, and once I went in the staff was very friendly. It's very clean there and aesthetically appealing. Once everything was explained to me, I was left to enjoy the experience. I understand that the idea is to relax and let go for an hour. I think I might have enjoyed music, such as sounds of the ocean or rain. They said if I wanted to listen to music they had a way of hooking my phone in but I didn't prepare anything like that ahead of time so I just decided to go with silence. (I did find that after a while I didn't like hearing my heartbeat, not sure why.) :) When I was finished, the staff was again very friendly. Offered me tea or water, and what I especially liked was there was no sales pitch. I was expecting that there would be at the end, but they let their service speak for itself, which I really appreciate. I will certainly be back.

  First time there yesterday with my daughter and her friend, first time floating for me and my daughter. Overall a really pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean and beautiful. Also enjoyed the shower and hair and skin products for use after the float. My only suggestion, and maybe this is just because I’m kind of old, would be something anti-slip on both sides of the floor at the entrance to the float pool. It felt a little precarious getting in and out. I do intend to go again. ????????
