    Everyone there is super friendly and not only got my bike ordered within a day built it within a day also. They are great at getting you sized and that you have everything you need

    Friendly staff. Especially the person with beard in the service area sorry didn't catch the name. First time customer to the store and brand and definitely a future customer of trek bikes !

    Always friendly employees willing to help even they're busy. Been to other local bike shops to me and will go there. Trek will have my business from now on

    I purchased a mountain bike here about a year ago. I love that bike and I am VERY hard on it.

    The staff and Allen especially has been very patient and helpful everytime bring the bike in for service. Whether it's a random puncture, a poorly tuned derailleur, sticks flying into my spokes / chain, or just some advice on maintenance, they've had my back and even honored the warranty a lot more often than I ever expected. Did I mention that I'm very hard on the bike?

    They have gone above and beyond to help learn how to take care of the bike as well as service it. I can't rate this store high enough.

    Staff was very friendly and took care of me right away. I went in with a front derailleur that would not shift. It took the guy about 5 minutes to fix it for me. I saw it other reviews they look down on you if you do not have a Trek this was not the case for me the guy even told me he really likes my Gt.
