(November 17, 2018, 4:15 pm)It's what My wife and I needed as a gym. It's as low-key of an environment as a gym could be. It comes across as a clean environment with no pressure. We walk in do our thing and walk out feeling like we've accomplished something. And we have. At first I'd wished the hours were a little longer, but we've made it work.
