“As its name implies, you can get some very good omelettes there. You can also get great pancakes, waffles oh, and all the other sides you expect for breakfast. I talked with this extremely rude voice tone guy, who seemed angry, on the phone when I called to complain about my pizzas not being square cut as ordered.. I should be angry because this was not the first time.. Is it so hard ti see what customer wants and pays for? Person Offered very unclearly to give me free order next time. but was very hard for me to explain that it was not the reason I called.. the reason was to tell that i did not get a the service I paid for RIGHT NOW! Not some future next time..! Not everything can be made ok with free pizza! Plus I was refused to talk to a. manager because he/she was "taking another order over the phone" for "ten" minutes..!?! I mean, really.. lousy excuse!!”
