After a thorough inspection they advised brakes and rotors had a good amount of life left on them. I was told the day prior by another service provider that I needed work that was not needed. “I had a real good experience buying my XJ at Napleton! I checked their inventory on-line and they had the car i wanted. When I called I was directed to a random sales guy named Brandon. I live an hour and twenty minutes from the dealership so i was a little hesitant making the trip to see the car. After talking to the sales guy I felt he was being straight forward on the phone so I made the trip. I had done my homework and I knew what i wanted for my trade-in and I knew what i wanted to pay for the new car. When i got there the car was clean, drove great so we cut the deal and i bought the car. What sold me on the dealership is what happened next! While driving to work the next day i realized that the Blind Spot Indicators weren't working properly. I called my sales guy that morning, he had someone from the service department meet me with a loaner car, they fixed the problem and delivered my car back to me the next day! In my mind that's the sign of a great dealership! They could have easily said "drop the car off and we will take care of it", but they knew i lived far away and they made it convenient for me, not them! I was very impressed!”

“We have used TriSerV Carpet Cleaners for years, first in our home in Raleigh, and now in our new home near Brier Creek. They offer outstanding service with natural ingredients. It is beyond me how someone can give a second-hand review based on hearsay that this business supposedly had cleaned the carpets in their apartment before they moved in. Some cleaners will charge extra for fabric protection such as Scotch Guard-type protectants (one company had wanted to charge us $40 per 8 x 10 area rug, plus move our furniture for them and vacuum before they came). TriServ includes a Teflon protection that is included in their very reasonable prices. I highly and unequivocally recommend them!”
