“We had a fantastic experience with this company. I called at 4:45 PM on a Sunday immediately following an ER trip with my son who suffered a head injury. I explained that we needed to have our wooden stairs carpeted to protect our son if he were to fall down them. The owner met us at our house within the next hour to look at the stairs and to see what color of carpet we were trying to match at the top. He then went to his warehouse to see what he had available and called me the next morning. He found a near perfect match and installed it the following day by noon. I didn't set foot in their store, he took care of everything for us and installed it for what we felt was a very reasonable price. You have to be patient. This is not an in and out kind of store. There are contracts to fill out and equipment to set up for essentially each customer. Each transaction naturally takes time. “Awesome experience! Alex was kind enough to take the time to look at what I thought was costume jewelry. I needed money for rent. I brought in a large bag full of rings and necklaces and bracelets. He principally looked at the rings and took the time to test each one to see if it was gold or silver. He did some educating as well as I spent over an hour with him checking what I had. It turned out some of my "costume" jewelry was gold or silver. He weighed it and adjusted for stones as most stones were large and as far as I am concerned gave me MORE than a far price...exceptional actually! I now have enough money to make my rent! “THANK YOU! I used It's My Party for my gender reveal and it could not have been more perfect. I originally wanted my balloon floating. Unfortunately, that could not happen because I was doing my gender reveal on Thanksgiving Day and needed to pick up the balloon the day before because of the Holiday closure. However, the staff suggested that they air fill the balloon and I could hang it from something. It ended up working well because I just threw the balloon up in the air and my husband popped it! HOW FUN! The balloon was HUGE! It did not fit in my car! I wish I would have gotten her name, but the lady drove the balloon to my house! I live 4 minutes away from there and I even told her I would hurry back with my SUV before they closed. She offered to take the balloon to my home. It was such a nice gesture. I will definitely be using them for my baby shower in 2019!”

He also ensured that we had a working furnace as wait for the install. The technicians were friendly and speedy with getting the work done. He even inspected the air conditioner and confirmed it was still in good shape. I highly recommend David’s Heating And Air Conditioning!”
