I have alot of mental issues paranoid schizophrenia for one so trusting ANYONE is extremely hard, but Mark was able to gain my trust I feel completely at ease telling him (well probably more then he wants to know,) I just don't have a filter and tend to be what people refer to as outspoken, but I say I'm just honest. I have been w/ Mark for 15 yrs, & I AM HORRIFIED to even consider another doctor.I feel Mark genuinely cares about me as a patient but also as a person, which typically I feel judged by everyone. His late father delivered me, I personally am not a fan of Dr John Carter as I had to see him once by secretarial mistake. Mark has to be a very compassionate & genuinely caring person first most then Doctor bc all other Drs I've been forced on have never even tried to find out what my medical issues where they all would just TELL ME WHAT THEY ASSUMED rather then to listen which would result in me on horribly strong antipsychotics that only rendered me completely useless and unable to think or function. Drs are too quick to want to sedate and zombify anyone that has mental illnesses. Oh also I have non mental health issues as well and Mark has always treated all of my ailments very professional keeping my mind safe (reassured) and thuroughly discussed treatments in a fashion I can comprehend never making me feel as if I'm insuperior or unintelligent.”
