“I have been getting pizza here since I was a child. The quality is noticeably better than other Little Caesar's in the area, and the customer service is pretty good. The portals are pretty useful and convenient for ordering, as this location can get packed during dinner (evening) hours. In my experience, thus far, I never had any serious problems (any occasional problem would just be that someone forget some item in the order, but they admit their fault and deliver it right away). Overall, my particular case would declare that this Little Caesar's performs satisfactory, at least for a Little Caesar's restaurant.”

“We have a tradition of eating at Mama D's pizza while we are home visiting family. This time their dining room was closed for remodeling, and an employee recommended Pascals as an alternative. The pizza was delicious and the service was spot on. Unfortunately, the Italian beef was dry and cold. The beef had a good flavor, but the sandwich lacked juice. Overall, it was a good meal and good service in a family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“I love Portillo's. There is not a single hot dog place I've been that has better hot dogs. The pickles they use on the hot dogs are also really good. The fries are better than most places as well. My favorite part about coming here though is the creative "order is ready" things they say. They always make me smile a little. Admittedly, they are pretty slow with getting orders out. I just had to wait 25 minutes for a couple hot dogs and fries.”

Person Offered very unclearly to give me free order next time. but was very hard for me to explain that it was not the reason I called.. the reason was to tell that i did not get a the service I paid for RIGHT NOW! Not some future next time..! Not everything can be made ok with free pizza! Plus I was refused to talk to a. manager because he/she was "taking another order over the phone" for "ten" minutes..!?!
