“We had a fantastic experience with this company. I called at 4:45 PM on a Sunday immediately following an ER trip with my son who suffered a head injury. I explained that we needed to have our wooden stairs carpeted to protect our son if he were to fall down them. The owner met us at our house within the next hour to look at the stairs and to see what color of carpet we were trying to match at the top. He then went to his warehouse to see what he had available and called me the next morning. He found a near perfect match and installed it the following day by noon. I didn't set foot in their store, he took care of everything for us and installed it for what we felt was a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him based on the service we received. Thanks for a job well done!”

You have to be patient. This is not an in and out kind of store. There are contracts to fill out and equipment to set up for essentially each customer. Each transaction naturally takes time. I cannot speak for their storage rental operation.”

“Awesome experience! Alex was kind enough to take the time to look at what I thought was costume jewelry. I needed money for rent. I brought in a large bag full of rings and necklaces and bracelets. He principally looked at the rings and took the time to test each one to see if it was gold or silver. He did some educating as well as I spent over an hour with him checking what I had. It turned out some of my "costume" jewelry was gold or silver. He weighed it and adjusted for stones as most stones were large and as far as I am concerned gave me MORE than a far price...exceptional actually! I now have enough money to make my rent! “I highly recommend that you consider using Service Doctor for your next project. We had them remodel our kitchen. They were very professional from start to finish. They worked with us on our design and choice of products. They offered a fair quote and never pressured us to spend more than our budget. John and Saul did the actual work in our kitchen. They were very meticulous about the work they did including the prep work. The kitchen turned out better than we expected and on time for the most part. They had to come back for a few hours the day after but that was because they noticed that the finish on two of our new cabinet doors had minor imperfections and they wanted to redo them. Also, John knew we were getting a new refrigerator and recommended a new water line for the ice maker so he wanted to install it before we received the refrigerator.”
