“We purchased in August and did not like the mattress after a couple months of sleeping on it (it was too soft and was dipping) I filled out the mattress return form on the website and NANCY called me back and was amazing- she was kind, understanding, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She suggested different mattresses to lay on at the nearby store. The patience she had with all my questions and concerns was by far the best customer service I have ever received!
