“Took some control arms in to have some bushings pressed out, rather complex control arms, and the bushing sleeves were pretty badly oxidized. They came out of one, but the control arm cracked while trying to press out the other one. Ryan said I don't owe him anything for the work. I paid him anyway because that control arm would have cracked for anyone; that bushing was just too stuck in there. Later on, my mother in law needed a bearing replaced on her Lexus. I recommended him and he took care of the problem for the agreed on price (which was very fair), and in the agreed on time frame. Ryan is an honest guy that does good work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his shop to anyone.”
