“We had a fantastic experience with this company. I called at 4:45 PM on a Sunday immediately following an ER trip with my son who suffered a head injury. I explained that we needed to have our wooden stairs carpeted to protect our son if he were to fall down them. The owner met us at our house within the next hour to look at the stairs and to see what color of carpet we were trying to match at the top. He then went to his warehouse to see what he had available and called me the next morning. He found a near perfect match and installed it the following day by noon. I didn't set foot in their store, he took care of everything for us and installed it for what we felt was a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him based on the service we received. Thanks for a job well done!”

“Great products and good service. I have used u haul often at various location. The Schererville location is a full service center. They get the job done. I am a satisfied customer. You have to be patient. This is not an in and out kind of store. There are contracts to fill out and equipment to set up for essentially each customer. Each transaction naturally takes time. I cannot speak for their storage rental operation.”

“Awesome experience! Alex was kind enough to take the time to look at what I thought was costume jewelry. I needed money for rent. I brought in a large bag full of rings and necklaces and bracelets. He principally looked at the rings and took the time to test each one to see if it was gold or silver. He did some educating as well as I spent over an hour with him checking what I had. It turned out some of my "costume" jewelry was gold or silver. He weighed it and adjusted for stones as most stones were large and as far as I am concerned gave me MORE than a far price...exceptional actually! I now have enough money to make my rent!
