If I’m being honest the professionalism comes from the fact that I didn’t use Shawn as my realtor. But at no time did he try to steer me away from my realtor. Instead he offered his services as far as if I had any questions, he would say to reach out to him. He listened to what my needs were and what I wanted as well. He kept an eye out for me as far as if anything come up in the market that might interest me and I would let my realtor know. In a season such as this when the market is slim pickings, Shawn is definitely the guy to have in your corner because he will stay on top of things to find what your looking for. Met Shawn at a listing of his in Westville, In. that I found on Facebook. Upon meeting him for the showing of a house we were interested in, he was a straight shooter and just down to earth. He showed us at least a couple more homes that we had found vicariously through other means, and he was obliged to show us each one without asking if we had a realtor or not.
