Wait for very reasonable, service was wonderful (as always), price couldn't be much better, all that and a free car wash! Thank you so much Bosak Honda for such great customer service!

(February 27, 2019, 3:06 pm)I called several places to determine where I wanted to take my Pilot to get fixed. Alex was by far the nicest person on the phone. He was courteous and knowledgeable. They got me in within two days and were able to do the job for less money than they quoted me. On top of all that I got a free inspection and car wash. Outstanding service and I will definitely go back.

(February 18, 2019, 5:48 pm)I got 4 new tires installed today. I called around the local “discount” tire place and none of them could beat the quote the Mike gave me. He beat everybody by $200+. Even after my new tires were installed the total bill was still $20 that the original quote. You guys are always my first call when it come to tires. How is it you can beat the big box tire stores?

(February 10, 2019, 1:27 pm)We were involved in a car accident that totaled our 2007 Pilot. Since I always had my service done at Bosak Honda in Michigan City, this was the first place I went to inquire about replacing my vehicle. I was approached by salesman Chad King. I explained the situation and Chad was wonderful about explaining used, new and lease purchases. At my request, Chad had a used Jeep Liberty brought over for me to look at. The card was great and fit our needs perfectly. There was only one issue, the car only had one set of keys. After looking for the other set Chad said that Bosak would have a new set made for me and I would be able to pick them up 'shortly. Everything was handled professionally just like the service department has always acted. I will continue to support this great local business.

(February 6, 2019, 12:07 pm)The service department is always happy to fill me in on things I'm still trying to figure out on my Pilot! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't know how to use the remote starter. Thank goodness for the service department that keeps me up to date on what is done and needs to be done in the future on my vehicle! They are the best since the manual that comes with the vehicle isn't very user friendly!!!
