    Excellent customer service from Mike. He went above and beyond for us even knowing we weren't able to go through with the sale until we went home to sort out details with next steps in our plans. He stayed past his shift to provide us with helpful information while fully knowing that he would be on vacation by the time we could move forward with a new purchase (these guys are on commission). He gave us plenty of options and was honestly looking out for our best interest. Seriously SO pleased with the service he provided, and he made it an enjoyable process! If you need anything, Mike is your guy!!

    My family and I have been going to this store for 5+ years now, we have dealt with Mike Hagenow practically every time and he has always gone above and beyond. Truly exceptional customer service and even that is putting it lightly. I would highly recommend seeing Mike, he will take care of you from the start and continue to help whenever something comes up.
