Amy is INTENSE!! Such a great workout. Can't wait to come back!

Amy does a great job leading her fitness classes. She is fun, energetic, positive and very personable. Her Kettlebell class is my favorite, but the Barre Class and Beats at the Beach Classes are awesome too! She is an excellent personal trainer and can really help you hit your fitness goals. Love Amy's classes! She definitely makes the workouts challenging and she engages all her participants. It's almost like a personal training session in a group setting.
