I was I bit disappointed with the housekeeping as the houses could have used better cleaning. Fixing that would greatly increase customer satisfaction and the overall experience. We however loved it and would go back.

(August 14, 2018, 11:59 am)Staying at Dunes Shack, which is right across the lane from the pool and Lake Kai, so great location. Spectacular homes. Private Lake Michigan Beach is about 1/4 mile walk across a boardwalk. More expensive than similar Michigan resorts because of the Indiana State taxes charged, but a nice getaway. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

(August 10, 2018, 1:44 pm)We stayed at Eastern Shore, and it was good overall. Seemed clean on the surface, but definitely needs to be cleaned more thoroughly between renters. Also, we had issues with several of the appliances (dishwasher wheels, ice dispenser, fridge light, stove ignition, TV in the bedroom, quirky washing machine, leaking shower head). We called maintenance for the stove issue, and they told us they'd come back the next day, and no one ever came. The AC worked great and the extra fridge in the basement was a nice bonus. The resort is really fun. Tennis court is maintained and nice. The beach access is a nice walk and of course the lake is spectacular. All the resort staff we interacted with were pleasant.

(August 8, 2018, 9:27 pm)Fantastic family place! Close access to the beach, two great pools, free kayaking, 2 parks, live music on Saturday evenings, golf cart cruising.... And so much more! We absolutely love it here. Great for kids, pets, and adults alike. Great community.
