  I met David Dumelle during the Boat show of 2019. Just wanted to leave a note that I was very impressed by this young man. He was very knowledgeable about his product line . I didn't feel rushed during our brief meeting. * One extra star just because, B and E you deserve it. You have friendly helpful staff. Leadership is doing a great Job.

  This summer we spent a long weekend in the B&E marina on a yacht club cruise. In addition to first rate slips, excellent heads, a pool, dockside parking, and a great marine store at hand we were surrounded by a helpful, knowledgeable service oriented organization. The B & E staff and facilities are definitely a class act.

  B&E Marine, and its Purchasing & Parts Manager, Joan Hungerford, are simply the best. Joan is always available and goes out of her way to help boaters find the parts they need. She is simply the best!
  
  We boaters are blessed to have B&E Marine and Joan and I just wanted to take a minute to publicly thank Joan and her team for their collaboration, helpfulness, and attitude. I cannot live without her and B&E. Don't Panic! Call Joan!!

  Bryce is an exceptional person to work with. He is always constantly providing assistance and is beyond helpful when it comes to responding to boating repairs and maintenance. His positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude only makes every interaction that much more pleasurable. He is incredibly proactive when it comes to providing recommendations when needed. He is punctual consistent and reliable. Bryce is always following up with us in a timely and efficient manner. Not only does he provide impeccable service but he makes you feel like a friend that has your best interest at heart. Maurice Moore recommends that Bryce deserves to be the employee of the year. Thank you, Bryce, for all that you do for us we greatly appreciate you!

  I have been a customer of B&E Maine for over 20 years and have had the pleasure to purchased several boats from them and have them perform all my service and storage needs. They make owning a boat effortless and enjoyable.
  
  I know the B&E team very well and can say without doubt that the entire team cares about their customers The culture is family oriented and they are very professional and knowledgeable.
  
  An example of this is when I had my boat serviced before a trip I was taking to Harbor Springs. I picked up the boat late on a Friday afternoon and was checking everyone before I departed. Around 6 pm I started the engines to take off for my trip and the generator would not work. The shop was now closed and nobody was around. I called my sales person and he in turn got a hold of Bryce. Bryce was at a family picnic. Bryce called me back right away and we troubleshot the problem over the phone. Bryce determined that I had a bad water impeller. There were no techs on call, so Bryce left his family picnic and came to the shop to replace the impeller himself. By 7:30 pm I was on my way. You will not find this type of service and heartfelt commitment to their customers from any other marine service center. Thank you Bryce and the entire B&E team for making my family boating experience so enjoyable and priceless.
