“I've had panniccia heating and cooling out 3 times (2 houses) and they where very knowledgeable and timely with there repairs. blower motor in the furnace, capacitor in the condenser, and an entire condenser replacement and furnace repair (in the second house). couldn't be more pleased with the results. Compared to other companies there prices are fair. I would highly recommend at least trying them out!”

With that said, I have always found the staff to be so helpful and willing to work with us. Recently, my debit card was lost. So, my payment didn't go through. They were wonderful about adding the new card and fixing the error due to my lost card. I've been VERY pleased!”
