Friendly very kind staff veterinarian seem to really understand how dear furry babies mean to their owners very knowledgeable willing to explain the only thing I don't approve of being from a low income family not able to afford expensive care was given a quote after every thing was done and said paid out more then I was quoted but to me no money worth the life of my babies learning Northwood has a care package my babies are now regular's

Great clinician and took great care of our cat. Vet and staff was very compassionate. I felt the bill was very fair and they did not try and talk me into any tests that I thought were not necessary. I would recommend them to anyone for the care of their pet
