I talk to Rick the salesman and Ron the manager help me get into a truck they both work very hard with Ann in finance and got me going .
A few days later after driving the truck it had some check engine lite issue they said bring back and Mark the used truck mech got it fixed in no time .
I have no problem referring this company .

(April 7, 2019, 12:43 pm)Upon arriving at this location I experienced excellent customer service. Darcy of the service department was probably the most conscientious and caring person I’ve ever met in a truck repair facility. She gave me the feeling of concern and that I wouldn’t be forgotten
Regarding my repairs, the care continued with the service manager Kaleb. He parlayed off of Darcy’s theme. Because mechanical items can generate hurdles,I had issue with my repair but that not really important. Too me the bottom line is how the company addresses these issues.
Stoops stepped up to the plate and jumped these hurdles like an Olympic athlete. If ya need repairs take this exit. It’s close to hotels and restaurants as well as providing a clean driver lounge
(April 5, 2019, 7:51 pm)Stoops recently resolved a warranty issue on my brand new RV. Darcy went above and beyond listening to my distress over the situation and between her, the parts people, and service techs, they did everything they could to get me back in my coach sooner than first scheduled. Darcy was great getting back to me with updates - always polite and helpful! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
(March 15, 2019, 3:41 pm)Parts...Taylor Real a counter person was rude and REFUSED to give core credit upon purchasing a Nox Sensor. She mocked a lady over the intercom. POOR customer service!!!
THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS WONDERFUL!! Darcy & Danielle are AMAZING! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SERVICE EVERY TIME!! They program all of our ECM's very promptly!! They're always a delight to deal with!!
PARTS ARE RUDE. SERVICE IS WONDERFUL!!!! Maybe Parts COULD LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE from Service!!!
