Love Dr. Arive & staff. Always friendly and very concerned with my comfort. My dental care always seems to need an extra effort due to past health problems, but Dr. A takes it in stride and handles it cheerfully and effectively.
It is a really great place. Dr. Gary Smith and his staff are wonderful people. I have been coming to him for many years. The staff has been there for a long time too, which tells me that there's something special about the place and the people that work there. A big thanks to Gary Smith and all of his stuff.
The only problem that I had was the bill of 80 plus dollars.I had a cleaning first one this year . A charge of 90 dollars usually.And I pay maybe a few dollars. My husband was just in and his charge out of pocket was 15. Was there something I didn't pay last year. I also had xrays so they should be covered. I am just curious about why so much on the charge out of pocket. I can check with my insurance also. I paid the out of pocket. But would like to know why.?
