This young man was programming a new phone for 1 customer, explained he will have to call customer service to handle our payment snafu and if you they can't fix it, they will probably have to change the primary phone number. All the while still taking care of customers when they came in to make a payment. This young man never even broke a sweat. He was courteous to everyone and took prompt attention to their needs. After he took care of our snafu, we mentioned a couple other things with voicemail and he quickly took care of too! Things we didn't realize were paying for and 1 that we wanted removed. In a nutshell, whatever Levi is being paid is not enough!! Thank you Levi!”
