He was so helpful! Offered to order or find anything I might need. Even told me to bring in the bag of a brand of treats I cant find anywhere and he would contact the manufacturer.

Super outstanding customer service! Has some top of the line quality pet food and supplements that you can't find in the big box stores.
They recently donated a hefty amount of cat food to Ernie's Heart, which is a charity that gives pet food to those that can't otherwise afford it. This made me think of them, so I stopped by. The person running the store was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me a great deal. The only down side I found is that they don't take cards. :(
