(August 3, 2019, 3:18 pm)This KOA far exceeded expectations, not just for KOA but for ANY RV park/campground. Due to a motor vehicle accident, we had an immediate need to find a place, presumably for an extended period of time, to determine driveability of my tow vehicle and trailer. Called and reserved a space for 5 nights, with an option for 4 additional. Upon arrival, greeted by super friendly staff that I'd talked to on the phone. Very willing to work with us on getting a good site, presumably for a longer stay. Guided to our site, and helped in to a very nice, level full hookup site. The grounds of this KOA are immaculate, and the attention to detail by the maintenance staff is very evident. The sites are very well laid out, with a mixture of sites, from "premium" to tent sites. We were in the section for 30amp FHU. A dump station on site in addition to sewer available. There's also a nice pond and walking trail around the grounds. Upon determining that my tow vehicle was safe to drive, I went to the office and advised them I would not be needing to stay 5 or 9 days, and that we could depart the following morning. No Problems! They refunded the amount that I'd paid in advance. I can't say enough good things about the folks at this KOA and their willingness to help us out after the trauma of a vehicle wreck. I highly recommend this KOA and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

(July 1, 2019, 9:05 am)this is our first KOA & ya'll hit it out the park for us, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, amazing huge man made lake with ZERO seaweed for swimming. Staff on golf carts lead us to our spot, brought down wood to our spot, laundry was $2.00 a load (kind of steep but had to wash daughters softball uniform) - impressed on how little mosquito's they had, they HAVE to be spraying esp when we were back by the turtle pond!! bathrooms/showers are NEWLY reno - we didn't have to use but once before we left and i was shocked!!! If we're ever in the area for softball again we will re-book!! THANKS!!!

(April 29, 2019, 7:24 am)Great facilities and excellent staff. Had to make a last minute reservation online so didn't get the exact type of lot I wanted. When I got there they took care of me right away and got me the lot I needed and saved me some money! Staff was super friendly and took me to my sight and made sure I was all set. Walking trail is great and lots of great ponds for fishing. Well maintained and very clean! Will be back here two more times this summer and excited to head back!
