This gym is an awesome place. It all starts with Kelsey, the owner. I travel for work so finding a quality gym that has what I need is important. I can’t use the run of the mill franchise gyms. The atmosphere and culture at the franchise’s don’t allow me the freedom to get in good training. As I travel I look for good local gyms, I called Taylor Made Wellness and I didn’t get an answer, I also didn’t leave a voicemail. Regardless of my failure to leave a voicemail Kelsey called me back. I told her my situation and she was eager to help me, a total stranger. I told her I might be getting into town late and she said she’d wait for me if needed. I roll into town and head straight to her gym. She shows me around and it has everything I need and it’s the kind of gym you can train heavy in. She has everything to make you feel like it’s your home gym, showers, fridge, supplements, etc… The price is an unheard of great deal and there’s 24/7 access. The community and culture are very inclusive and friendly. Kelsey is a very smart and kind person which those two characteristics alone make her super cool. I highly recommend this gym. It will be my go to gym when I’m in this area.

I called the gym around 6:45 or so to no answer. Shortly after, I got a call back from the owner and we spoke. I told her that I was just in town for the weekend for a bachelor party and wanted to get a workout in to relieve some stress, she told me to drive down and instructed me how to get in and what to do when I left. I can't say enough about how amazing she is, and how impactful that moment was. We spoke on the phone after I left and had a very nice conversation, and she gave me some wisdom for my personal troubles. Kelsey and her gym are truly both gems and I can only say the best. Thank you again.

This is an awesome garage gym with a fantastic owner. My husband and I were in town for a few days and needed a gym to go to. She was extremely responsive to my inquiry and very welcoming when we dropped in to work out. Kelsey even showed us how to let ourselves in if we returned another day and she wasn’t there. The gym has all the equipment you could imagine and the feel of the room is energizing and positive. If I lived near by, this would be my daily gym for sure! Highly recommend!

Recently had the opportunity to train with Kelsey.
I was visiting town for three weeks and wanted to maintain my fitness regime while in Indianapolis. From the first point of contact, Kelsey was fantastic! Very responsive, very knowledgeable and great energy. Kelsey put together the perfect program for me and was just what I needed while visiting. I look forward to returning to her training and the gym every time I am back in Indy. Thank you!

Kelsey is amazing and so welcoming! While visiting from out of town, she let me come and work out. A gym with a community feel, good people who push you, and everything you need equipment wise under one roof! This is truly one unique place..I recommend this place to everyone!
