(June 26, 2020, 8:15 pm)If I could give 10 stars I would, 5 stars does not do their company justice. These people are amazing! They are true professionals, very understanding and trusting. They are empathetic, treat you like family and are very caring. They even picked me up and brought me to my car, it does not get any better than that. That's going way above and beyond. I'd recommend them to anyone ;)

(December 18, 2019, 2:30 pm)I love JR Towing !!! I'd never used a towing service prior but needed to have my car towed to BMW dealer for service. Marcus came to p/u my car. He was very personal and kind. Next I spoke with the owner of JR Towing, John. Again, very personal and polite. Next I met Marcus when my car was returned to me. Again, very sweet and easy to talk to. I would ONLY use JR Towing if the need arises again. No one can top them in my book !!! I rate them at a 10 !!

(November 8, 2019, 1:10 am)I got locked out of my car and driver Marcus was extremely helpful and patient. It took a little while for him to arrive, as he had previous calls to tend to. I waited indoors at a friends house down the road but upon my arrival he already had my keys in hand, ready to get me back on the road. His patience and eagerness to assist me in whatever way he could was extremely appreciated. 10/10 customer service!
