I have been very impressed with the entire staff at this location. Especially Pat Safstrom who came to my home, almost an hour away, to explain how the two different masks fit on the tubing. I brought a different mask home to try and couldn’t figure out how to attach it to the tubing. My error! I have felt they needed a bigger office and was so happy to hear they are moving to a larger location and Pat is planning to better organize the supplies. This is a very very busy office and I know they try very hard to keep on top of things.
I have NEVER been disappointed in any of my visits or in the staff. Again, a shout out to Pat!
