All around would recommend AAA to anyone, the wait times are sometimes pretty crazy, 180mins is what they quoted me twice this month so far. But great prices tow was covered with my premium package. And drivers were both friendly considering I had 2 different ones 2 separate days. Professional, and friendly.

Very helpful staff. Was there to get an international driving permit. They were great at reception and also able to help out quickly. This location has a full maintenance shop too.

AAA Gilbert service depts is our family's go-to for all of our vehicles. The guys up front are ALL friendly & almost feel like family by this point. They have shuttled us home-even with our pup in tow, so we didn't have to lose productive time, & are always wonderful at communicating anything needed for service. This branch is efficient, honest, & won't push you into extra work that isn't necessary. They seem to care about their clients. Wish I could remember the name of one of the service techs that went above and beyond to make my son feel special one day. He was 17 & taking his new car in for its first service appt. We casually asked the tech about something (maybe how to turn off a warning light? Can't remember?), telling him that it was his first car and he didn't know much about Volkswagens. The tech walked us out there and proceeded to patiently show him how to unlatch hood, check oil level, where to replenish wiper fluid, etc. I'm sure he was busy and had better things to do, but took this precious time to teach my son. That's just one example of my pleasant experiences we've had here.

No one likes breakdowns. Its a point of stress waiting for the bad news on the cost. Just had my suv fixed and while I hated to part with the money, the price was fair and nothing was inflated. I was able to discuss needs vs wants and had it done in a day. So far so good.

Do y'all do any performance engine/transmission rebuilding?.....it's for a 69 buick electra

These guys are the best and cheapest around. And no worries about them trying to rip you off. If you want an honest and trustworthy shop working on your autos autotech is it.

I will only have my cars and van repaired by Auto Tech. They repaired all of my vehicles over the last few years since I was recommended to them by a close friend. They always do a great job of repairing what is needed and never try to add any unwanted extras. Very professional and their brand new facility on Mooresville Rd. Is easy to find and very impressive all the way, even to the waiting room. I won't ever consider going anywhere else! Thanks Danny and Brian! 👍🏼
