  Peterman employees arrived as scheduled, explained the process of the service I would be receiving before they started.
  
  They completed the job in the time they gave and were sure to clean up and leave my home as they found it. I have had several occasions to deal with Peterman Heating,Cooling and Plumbing and I have had nothing but positive experiences every time

  Our heat went out overnight, while we slept. We called early in the morning and Peterman had a technician sent over within the hour to analyze the issue. His name was Dave, and he was very competent in his technical knowledge and had a great sense of humor. All told, he was able to acquire the necessary parts and fix our furnace within 2 hours of first arrival. He also worked with us on pricing so we could get the best deal possible. Peterman and Dave did a fantastic job for us in a difficult situation!

  Wonderful service from everyone I have interacted with. The monthly maintenance plan is affordable and provides great value. Todd Scott helped us with an issue we’d been having off and on for years and knew exactly what was needed. Everyone is very professional and the company seems to truly care about customer service.   We had them out a week ago to replace our 55 year old boiler. They did a wonderful job and came in on the lower mid range of what I researched to be the “average cost” of this work for the equipment we had installed. And did a great job at that. Friendly and professional team. Got out here quickly to do the work and hit the estimate right on to the penny. Here we are a week later and our upstairs was not keeping up with the thermostat. So I called them and they were out here within a few hours. Found our issue was that I was running our blower fan constantly and that was sucking our upstairs heat right into the cold attic. Our HVAC at this old house is quite unique and complex and the details aren’t needed about that. What does need to be said is that they didn’t charge me a service call, which they legitimately could have, and the technician wouldn’t even entertain the idea of me giving him $20 for wasting his time. This company is clearly here for their customers and potential customers first and foremost. Always shop around, because that’s what I did, but I have to say, I think you need to shop no further. Thank you!

  I had several different company quotes but Peterman from the initial sales guy to the engineer and all of the professionals they sent to complete the work we’re awesome. Everyone was supreme, respectful to my home, furnishings and dedicated to getting the work done. It took two days for them to complete the work and never once did they complain arriving before dark and leaving after dark they took the care, time & attention needed to successfully complete the job !!
