We enjoyed exploring our options and our sales tech, Angel, was great...knowledgeable...attentive ...yet gave us space. She is professional and fun...great combo! We made our choice on the Amanda line...chair & 1/2...apartment size sofa...ottoman. We cannot wait to get it. Overall we would highly recommend lazy boy.

The sales lady, Patrice Wagner was so kind and helpful when it was time to talk about the furnature I was interested in. She didn't follow us around so we could talk about what we liked.and didn't like. She worked with us when the time was just right and gave us a very good deal. She was very helpful and just so nice. I have always loved LazBoy and the professional way I have always been treated there.

Great experience. Beth greeted us just to let us know she would be there to help. She left us to look around. We saw her again and she came over and was very kind and knowledgeable.

The sales lady who assisted me was very helpful. I had some pictures from an ad that I showed her on the style of chair that I wanted and she took me straight to those chairs. We also looked at several other chairs and on the few that I was getting more serious about she brought me extra samples of coverings for the chairs. She never was pushy when I was looking around and was very patient. I felt comfortable to take my time making my decision. During check out she explained everything to me. I am overall very happy with the service I received And I’m excited to receive my new recliner.
