  Purchased 19 Tracer breeze drove up from Denver saved about 6 grand everybody there was very friendly and helpful .Manager even through in a brand new 500.00 sway control at no extra charge .They have my future business when time comes to get a new camper.

  Amazing! Excellent service, Transparent, Honest. Really was a superior experience, easy to do business. Bob Goldberg & Jerry Smith, went well beyond my expectations, and believe me I have very high expectations. This was a total Wow experience.

  EXCEPTIONAL is how we describe our experience. Christy and Sherri were our sales ladies who both went above and beyond to find the camper that met our needs and wants. They were both very patient with our demanding time constraint. These ladies are definitely an asset to the Colerain Family. Chad and Anita were our business/finance specialists, and wow....those two are amazing. They were definitely looking out for our best interest...literally. Jerry the Sales Manager got the ball rolling, even with multiple sales and service issues in their dealership that day they made us feel like we were the only people they had to take care of
  Finally, their service and prep techs are GREAT. Kevin was very informative and thorough on the delivery. Justin was last minute helping us with an incorrect key to our lock, we were already hooked up and heading out the gate on a Sat evening at 5pm and he was replacing the lock for us. Way to go Colerain Family, you are awesome and so is my beautiful camper!!!!!

  My wife and I were looking to upgrade from our first RV (trailer). We decided to take a drive from Illinois to Colerain RV's in Indianapolis. It was there that we met one of the best sales representatives I have ever dealt with, Andrea Miller. Not only was Andrea a great sales person, she proved to also be an excellent service representative, after the sale, as well. We had an idea of what brand of trailer we were interested in, which Colerain had on their lot. Andrea showed us the various models of that Brand and then showed us another Brand by Grand Design. It was immediately apparent that the Grand Design was far superior to the others. Andrea was very patient with us and avoided pushing us toward any specific model. She later told us that she was confident we would like the Grand Design, and that given how we planned to use the Trailer, that it would be the perfect RV for us. She was right !! We spend 4 months each Winter in Texas and the Grand Design is exactly what we needed. A couple of times I have called Andrea for information about the trailer or with an issue we were having and each time we received an immediate response form her. Not something one receives from most people or businesses these days ! I would recommend Andrea to anyone interested not only in purchasing a new or used RV, but also to anyone interested in working with a sales representative and Company that truly considers their customers as being "part of the Colerain Family".
